- Credit cards accepted with a 3% transaction fee, or electronic check or mailed check
- $1,000 deposit to book · balance 90 days before arrival
- Mail checks to 512 Blue Mountain Rd — Dave's house, not the rental

Cancellation
- Cancel at least 30 days before arrival: full refund less a $500 cancellation fee
- No refunds within 30 days of arrival

$1,000 holds the dates. The remaining balance is due 90 days before arrival.
What is the cancellation policy?
Guest receives 100.00% (less $500.00 taxable cancellation fee) when cancel at least 30 days before arrival; No refunds within 30 days of arrival.
Where do I send payment?
Mail checks to 512 Blue Mountain Rd, Chimacum, WA 98325 — that’s Dave’s house, not the rental. The house you’ll stay in (and the map pin) is 516 Blue Mountain Rd.
Is this a wedding venue?
No. Day gatherings up to 50 are allowed with a $3,000 event fee. Overnight is still 25. Call before you print invitations.
